Bone-in chicken breasts (these work best, but you can use chicken tenders, which I often do, or other chicken parts as desired - I split the breasts in half)

1- 14.5 oz. can petite, diced tomatoes (or diced, fresh tomatoes)
•
1- 14.5 oz. can tomato sauce
•
1-2 tsp garlic salt or powder
•
1 -2 tsp Italian seasoning
•
1-2 tsp dried oregano
•
1/2 cup red wine (I used cooking wine)
•
Shredded mozzarella cheese or 5/6 Cheese Shredded Italian Blend
•
Parmesan cheese
