Ingredients: 1 9-inch chocolate layer cake (only 1 layer), baked or store bought.; 1 qt. chocolate ice cream (or whatever flavor you prefer); 1 qt. strawberry ice cream (or whatever flavor you prefer, as long as there are two different flavors); 1/2 pkg. chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed; 1 1/2 pts. heavy cream; 1/4 C. powdered sugar; 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract; decorations (i.e. melted chocolate and nuts)
