100G (3/4 cup) Dried Cranberries
•
1 teaspoon ground mixed spice
•
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon freshly grated Nutmeg

Zest and Juice of half a Lemon
•
100ml (3 1/2 fl oz) Brandy or Dark Rum
