¾ cup unsweetened coconut chips (optional, but highly recommended )

⅓ cup pure maple syrup
⅓ cup oil (I use extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil)
½ cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup dried fruit (optional)
