INGREDIENTS

2-3 lbs. chicken thighs, boneless, skinless (optional)

shoyu, enough to wet the chicken (1/4 cup)
•
2-3 tablespoons miso paste (you can even use the instant miso soup paste packets)
•
green onion, finely minced

Cooking Process:

Put on a pot of rice, turn on the grill, mix all ingredients in a bowl, cook for 10-12 minutes,

serve.A great meal in under 30 minutes!
