1/4 cup (30 g) confectioner’s sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder
•
6 tablespoons (36 g) nonfat dry milk, ground into a finer powder
•
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
•
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
•
3/4 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
•
5 eggs (300 g, out of shell) at room temperature, beaten
