Ingredients: 3 cups sugar; 1 (5-ounce) can evaporated milk; 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter; 1 (12-ounce) package chocolate chips (the darker the chocolate, the less sweet and more chocolaty your fudge); 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; 1 (7-ounce) jar marshmallow creme; 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
