1/2 cup whole milk yogurt or kefir (plain)
2 cups flavored liquid (juice, dairy/nut milk, or cooled herbal tea)
1 cup filtered water (or ice)
2 TBSP collagen powder
1 TBSP chia seeds
1 TBSP flax seeds
1 TBSP coconut oil
