4 cups cornbread, (crumbled (a 9 or 10-inch inch round of cornbread))
16 ounces pork sausage, (sage or regular)
1 cup chopped celery, (about 4 ribs)
1 cup finely diced onion
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup chopped roasted pecans
2 cups chicken or turkey stock, (plus additional cup if needed)
1 egg (lightly beaten)
