Grated rind of 1 small lemon
5 cups all-purpose flour, about
1/2 cup mixed candied fruits
1/2 cup slivered almonds
2 Tbsp melted butter
1 cu confectioners' sugar
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
