1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef

1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt, if desired

3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup milk
2 cups shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese blend (8 oz)
2 cans (4 oz each) Old El Paso® peeled whole green chiles, drained
