1 pound yellow or red potatoes (peeled and cut into ½-inch pieces)
4 medium carrots (peeled and cut into ¼-inch thick slices)
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup frozen or 1 can corn (drained)
2-3 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
¼ cup unsalted butter (melted)
Flake sea salt (optional)
