2 cups broccoli (cut into small florets)
1 cup red bell pepper (chopped)
1 cup snow peas
3 green onions (thinly sliced, separate whites from green)
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
3 cloves garlic (minced)
¼ cup coconut aminos
2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
2 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon sesame oil
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
