Ingredients: 1 tbsp. cornstarch; 1/4 tsp salt; 1/2 cup of sugar; 3 cups of cold milk; 2 cups of cold, cooked rice (I use Jasmine); 2 eggs, beaten with 1 tbsp. milk.; Sliced bananas; Caramel sauce.
