2-3 ribs celery (chopped)

3-5 green onions ( sliced)

3/4 cup sliced almonds
•
1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1 can rice noodles (3 oz can)

½ cup sunflower oil or other good oil
•
1½ teaspoon soy sauce
•
½ cup sugar
•
¼ cup white vinegar
