1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup (NOT diluted) (I used Campbell's Healthy Request)

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon lemon juice
•
1 egg
•
1/2 cup mayonnaise (I used light mayonnaise)

1/2 small onion, grated

3/4 cup dry stuffing mix (I used Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing Mix, but you can also substitute with an equal amount of crushed Ritz crackers)
