Easy Berry-Apple Strudel Recipe - Barbara Bakes™

INGREDIENTS
6 cups fresh or frozen berries (I used blackberries, raspberries and blueberries)
1 Granny Smith apple, peeled and grated on large holes of box grater
2 teaspoons lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons instant tapioca
Pinch table salt
1/2 cup (1 stick / 115 g) unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 cups (350 ml) fresh bread crumbs
1 1/3 cups (200 g) unbleached flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
7 tablespoons (105 ml) water, plus more if needed
2 tablespoons (30 ml) vegetable oil, plus additional for coating the dough
1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar
