3/4 cup buttermilk, cold
2 teaspoons lemon zest
1/2 cup dried currants or diced dried cherries
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
1 cup (130 grams) powdered sugar
Splash of milk if necessary
dash of vanilla extract
