6 to 6-1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1-1/2 cups whole milk

6 tablespoons butter, cubed

4 eggs
•
3 to 6 hard-cooked eggs, unpeeled

Assorted food coloring
•
Canola oil

2 tablespoons water
