2 1/2 t. granular yeast

3 cups whole milk (scalded and cooled)

15 cups all purpose flour (divided)
•
6 eggs (beaten)
•
1 cup sugar
•
2/3 cup butter (melted)
•
1 Tablespoon Salt
•
1 egg (for brushing over bread)
