Ingredients: 2 c all purpose flour; 2 c sugar; 2 eggs; 1 tsp baking soda; 1 tsp vanilla; pinch salt; 1 - 20 oz can of crushed pineapple ( undrained ) in it's own juice - not syrup; 1 c chopped nuts, optional; CREAM CHEESE FROSTING; 1/2 c butter or 1 stick; 1 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened; 1 tsp vanilla; 1 1/2 c confectioners' sugar
