Earthquake Cake
INGREDIENTS

1 German Chocolate Cake Mix (plus everything required on box)
•
8 oz cream cheese
•
2/3 cup sweetened coconut
•
2/3 cup chocolate chips
•
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions
•
Preheat oven to 350.
•
Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
•
Sprinkle coconut, chocolate chips and pecans in the pan.
•
1 box German Chocolate Cake Mix
•
1/3 cup oil
•
3 eggs
•
1 1/3 cup water
