I found this recipe when we lived in New Mexico. I have made it for special occasions.

Ingredients
- 8 - chicken breasts, boneless
- 8 - bacon slices
- 8 - dried beef slices
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- - pepper to taste
How To Make chicken with dried beef

Step 1Start preparation in the morning. Grease a 9x13" pan. Rinse off chicken breasts. Wrap a piece of bacon around each breast. Place a piece of dried beef under each chicken breast as you place it in the pan. I have made this and not put it in the refrigerator, but it is much better by letting it sit.

Step 2Mix the soup, sour cream and pepper together and pour it over the chicken. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to bake. Remove plastic wrap and bake uncovered at 275 for 3 hours. I have baked this at 325 for 1 1/2 hours, but it curdles, so I wouldn't advise cooking this faster.
