Ingredients
- 3 cups brown sugar, light
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup nuts
How To Make panocha fudge

Step 1Put sugar in saucepan and cook to the soft ball stage (238 degrees). Remove from heat add butter and vanilla. Cool without stirring.

Step 2When It is lukewarm, beat until creamy. Stir in the nuts. Pour into buttered pan. When it hardens, mark into squares and cut.
