This was my dad's recipe. He made this a lot!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups brown sugar, light
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup nuts

How To Make panocha fudge

  • Step 1
    Put sugar in saucepan and cook to the soft ball stage (238 degrees). Remove from heat add butter and vanilla. Cool without stirring.
  • Step 2
    When It is lukewarm, beat until creamy. Stir in the nuts. Pour into buttered pan. When it hardens, mark into squares and cut.
