1 cup chicken broth or low carb beer
1 lb turnips (peeled and cut into 1/2" cubes)
1 lb radishes (stems removed and cut into 1/2" cubes)
1/2 medium yellow onion (sliced)
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp Parsley
1/2 tsp ground thyme
Salt and pepper (to taste)
