Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups watermelon chunks, seedless
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (1 lime)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2/3 cup plain yogurt (whole, low-fat, or nonfat)
- 5 medium ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons mint, optional
How To Make watermelon lassi cooler

Step 1In a blender, puree the watermelon, lime juice, sugar, and yogurt.

Step 2Add the ice cubes, and blend on high speed until the ice is slushy.

Step 3Pour the lassi into two large glasses, and serve.

Step 4Variation: Mint is an excellent addition to this drink. Add 2 tablespoons chopped mint to the blender along with the ice.
