    orange juice preferably calcuim fortified
  • 1
  • 1 1/4 c
    frozen berries such as raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and or strawberries
  • 1/2 c
    low fat siken tofu or low fat plain or vanilla yougurt
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar or stevia for added sweetness

How to Make Wake Up Smoothie


  1. Combine orange juice, bananas, berries, tofu or yogurt and sugar or stevia if using in a blender cover and blend until creamy.
