My mother clipped this recipe out of one of her women's magazines. Source unknown.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups huckleberries or blueberries (can sub raspberries, strawberries, etc.)
  • 1 cup ripe peach slices
  • 1 cup milk, plain kefir, coconut milk or similar
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt (or plain yogurt + 1/4 tsp. vanilla paste or extract)
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • 4 - cinnamon sticks, to garnish (optional)

How To Make two fruit frosty

  • Step 1
    Add all the ingredients except for the cinnamon sticks to a blender. BLEND until smooth. Taste and correct if necessary. Garnish each serving with a cinnamon stick if desired.
