  • 1 1/2 c
    huckleberries or blueberries (can sub raspberries, strawberries, etc.)
  • 1 c
    ripe peach slices
  • 1 c
    milk, plain kefir, coconut milk or similar
  • 1 c
    vanilla yogurt (or plain yogurt + 1/4 tsp. vanilla paste or extract)
  • 1/4 c
    honey or agave, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp
    freshly grated nutmeg
  • 4
    cinnamon sticks, to garnish (optional)

How to Make Two Fruit Frosty


  1. Add all the ingredients except for the cinnamon sticks to a blender. BLEND until smooth. Taste and correct if necessary. Garnish each serving with a cinnamon stick if desired.
