huckleberries or blueberries (can sub raspberries, strawberries, etc.)
1 c
ripe peach slices
1 c
milk, plain kefir, coconut milk or similar
1 c
vanilla yogurt (or plain yogurt + 1/4 tsp. vanilla paste or extract)
1/4 c
honey or agave, to taste
1/2 tsp
ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp
freshly grated nutmeg
cinnamon sticks, to garnish (optional)

How to Make Two Fruit Frosty


  • 1Add all the ingredients except for the cinnamon sticks to a blender. BLEND until smooth. Taste and correct if necessary. Garnish each serving with a cinnamon stick if desired.
