this is one of my favorites when i get up early i go for my exercises and clean house then when i get done i am ready for breakfast which is this great smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup strawberry banana chebani yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen yogurt, vanilla or any flavor
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract

How To Make sunrise smoothie

  • Step 1
    put all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
