Ingredients

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen strawberried thawed
  • 1/2 cup canned unsweetened pinespple chunks
  • 1/4 cup nonfat dry powder milk
  • 4 - ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

How To Make strawvberry pineapple smoothies

  • Step 1
    Put all ingredients in blender and process for 30-45 seconds or until smooth. Stir if necessary. Pour into chilled glasses, serve immediately.
