Awesome low calorie low carb protein smoothie great for after a workout

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops vegan protein (vanilla)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/2 can pure pumpkin purée (large can)
  • 1 - banana
  • 1 cup almond milk (or more if you want it thinner)
  • - ice (as much as you like)

    Step 1
    Blend all ingredients add more almond milk desired. Can sub coconut milk or regular milk for non vegan Garnish with cinnamon :)
