    vegan protein (vanilla)
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp
    cloves crushed
  • 1/4 tsp
    ginger powder
  • 1/2 can(s)
    pure pumpkin purée (large can)
  • 1
    banana
  • 1 c
    almond milk (or more if you want it thinner)
  • ·
    ice (as much as you like)

How to Make Pumpkin protein smoothie!

Step-by-Step

  1. Blend all ingredients add more almond milk desired. Can sub coconut milk or regular milk for non vegan
    Garnish with cinnamon :)
