Ingredients For pumpkin pie smoothie

  • 1 c
    (6 oz) unsweetened apple sauce, frozen
  • 1/2 c
    pumpkin puree
  • 1 c
    (6 oz) fat free vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 c
    vanilla almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 tsp
    pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 Tbsp
    graham crackers, crushed
  • whip cream

How To Make pumpkin pie smoothie

  • 1
    put the apple sauce cup in the blender. (take cup off)
  • 2
    pour the pumpkin, yogurt, milk and spices in the blender, and blend until smooth. pour into mason jar.
  • 3
    top with graham cracker crumbs. top with whip cream.
