1 c(6 oz) unsweetened apple sauce, frozen

1/2 cpumpkin puree

1 c(6 oz) fat free vanilla yogurt

1/2 cvanilla almond milk, unsweetened

1 tsppumpkin pie spice

1 Tbspgraham crackers, crushed

whip cream
How To Make pumpkin pie smoothie

1put the apple sauce cup in the blender. (take cup off)

2pour the pumpkin, yogurt, milk and spices in the blender, and blend until smooth. pour into mason jar.

3top with graham cracker crumbs. top with whip cream.
