this is a great smoothie and it can be served in mason jars as a nice change from the same boring glasses you use

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (6 oz) unsweetened apple sauce, frozen
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup (6 oz) fat free vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tablespoon graham crackers, crushed
  • - whip cream

How To Make pumpkin pie smoothie

  • Step 1
    put the apple sauce cup in the blender. (take cup off)
  • Step 2
    pour the pumpkin, yogurt, milk and spices in the blender, and blend until smooth. pour into mason jar.
  • Step 3
    top with graham cracker crumbs. top with whip cream.
