Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon wheat germ

How To Make peanut butter sundae smoothie

  • Step 1
    stir peanut butter, honey and milk together. cook over low heat, stirring constantly.
  • Step 2
    remove from heat when peanut butter has melted. stir in ice cream and wheat germ. serve chilled.
