- 1 cup cold milk any kind (soy,almond works to)
- 2-3 tablespoons peanut butter, creamy
- 1-2 tablespoon frozen grape juice concentrate
- 4-5 - ice cubes (optional)
- 1 - frozen banana (optional)
- 1-2 - scoops of protein powder (chocolate,vanilla,or peanut butter flavor)(optional)
