- 1 medium banana
- 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
- 1/2 cup peaches, frozen
- 1/2 cup green tea, or your favorite will do
- 1/2 cup low fat plain yogurt
- 4 - ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons oil of your choice
- 1 tablespoon honey
How To Make peaches and yogurt smoothie

Step 1in blender, add banana, blueberries, peaches, tea, yogurt, ice cube, oil and honey.
