heres another good for you smoothie i have them often

yield 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1/2 cup peaches, frozen
  • 1/2 cup green tea, or your favorite will do
  • 1/2 cup low fat plain yogurt
  • 4 - ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons oil of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon honey

How To Make peaches and yogurt smoothie

  • Step 1
    in blender, add banana, blueberries, peaches, tea, yogurt, ice cube, oil and honey.
  • Step 2
    blend until combined. serve immediately.
