Ingredients
- 2 small ripe papayas
- 2 cups - plain yogurt
- 4 to 5 - green cardamom, crushed to a powder (discard outer pod)
- 4 - ice cubes
- - suger (or powdered jiggery), as desired for sweetening
How To Make papaya lassi

Step 1Peel the papayas and remove seeds. Cut papaya into 1-inch cubes.

Step 2Add papaya chunks, crushed cardamom and sugar to a blender, and blend for 10 seconds. Add the yogurt and ice cubes, and blend again until smooth.

Step 3Divide among 3 glasses, add a straw to each glass, and serve immediately.
