I just Adopted this recipe, And I will be making it tomorrow for breakfast. This will be great for Diabetic Makeover. Using soy milk instead of skim milk and omit the sugar.. hope you like it..
Ingredients For orange breakfast shake
1 corange juice, fresh
1/2 csoy milk
1/4 tspvanilla extract
How To Make orange breakfast shake
1Place all ingredients in a blender bowl and process until smooth.
2Pour into glasses and serve.
