plain yogurt or blueberry flavored yogurt (i used equal parts plain kefir and plain whole milk yogurt)
3/4 c
milk or coconut milk
1 Tbsp
real maple syrup
pinch
ground cinnamon
2 c
fresh blueberries, rinsed and stems removed (or frozen blueberries)

How to Make Maple Blue Smoothie

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine the yogurt (or kefir), milk (or coconut milk), maple syrup and cinnamon in a blender. Add the blueberries and blend until smooth.
  • 2If the smoothie is too thick, add a little bit of ice water or crushed ice.
