Ingredients For maple blue smoothie

  • 1 c
    plain yogurt or blueberry flavored yogurt (i used equal parts plain kefir and plain whole milk yogurt)
  • 3/4 c
    milk or coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp
    real maple syrup
  • pinch
    ground cinnamon
  • 2 c
    fresh blueberries, rinsed and stems removed (or frozen blueberries)

How To Make maple blue smoothie

  • 1
    Combine the yogurt (or kefir), milk (or coconut milk), maple syrup and cinnamon in a blender. Add the blueberries and blend until smooth.

    If the smoothie is too thick, add a little bit of ice water or crushed ice.
