Maple Blue Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cplain yogurt or blueberry flavored yogurt (i used equal parts plain kefir and plain whole milk yogurt)

3/4 cmilk or coconut milk

1 Tbspreal maple syrup
-
pinchground cinnamon
-
2 cfresh blueberries, rinsed and stems removed (or frozen blueberries)
How to Make Maple Blue Smoothie
- Combine the yogurt (or kefir), milk (or coconut milk), maple syrup and cinnamon in a blender. Add the blueberries and blend until smooth.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a little bit of ice water or crushed ice.
