- 1 cup plain yogurt or blueberry flavored yogurt (i used equal parts plain kefir and plain whole milk yogurt)
- 3/4 cup milk or coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon real maple syrup
- pinch ground cinnamon
- 2 cups fresh blueberries, rinsed and stems removed (or frozen blueberries)
How To Make maple blue smoothie

Step 1Combine the yogurt (or kefir), milk (or coconut milk), maple syrup and cinnamon in a blender. Add the blueberries and blend until smooth.

Step 2If the smoothie is too thick, add a little bit of ice water or crushed ice.
