Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt or blueberry flavored yogurt (i used equal parts plain kefir and plain whole milk yogurt)
  • 3/4 cup milk or coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon real maple syrup
  • pinch ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries, rinsed and stems removed (or frozen blueberries)

How To Make maple blue smoothie

  • Step 1
    Combine the yogurt (or kefir), milk (or coconut milk), maple syrup and cinnamon in a blender. Add the blueberries and blend until smooth.
  • Step 2
    If the smoothie is too thick, add a little bit of ice water or crushed ice.
