'Agua Fresca' (or "fresh water", in Spanish) is a light, refreshing fruit drink that originated in Central America. It's great for cooling off on a scorching hot day. It's like a Smoothie but typically uses more water or juice in order to flavor the water more and not just purée the fresh fruit. There are more variations of Agua Fresca than there are fruits that grow in Central America, because many recipes will combine fruits and/or juice blends to create dozens upon dozens of wonderfully fruity 'Agua Fresca' combinations. This variation pairs fresh mango and fresh orange juice. Yum!
