Ingredients For mango or melon lassi

1 cchopped mango, cantaloupe, watermelon, or honeydew

1/2 cplain yogurt

4ice cubes

sugar, to taste

ground cardamom, to taste

chopped pistachios or slivered almonds, for garnish
How To Make mango or melon lassi

1Blend all ingredients (except nuts) until smooth.

2Check the flavor and add sugar and more cardamon if needed.

3Refrigerate the lassi for an hour or longer before serving.

4Pour into a tall glass and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
