Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped mango, cantaloupe, watermelon, or honeydew
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 4 - ice cubes
- - sugar, to taste
- - ground cardamom, to taste
- - chopped pistachios or slivered almonds, for garnish
How To Make mango or melon lassi

Step 1Blend all ingredients (except nuts) until smooth.

Step 2Check the flavor and add sugar and more cardamon if needed.

Step 3Refrigerate the lassi for an hour or longer before serving.
