Ingredients For mango or melon lassi

  • 1 c
    chopped mango, cantaloupe, watermelon, or honeydew
  • 1/2 c
    plain yogurt
  • 4
    ice cubes
  • sugar, to taste
  • ground cardamom, to taste
  • chopped pistachios or slivered almonds, for garnish

How To Make mango or melon lassi

    Blend all ingredients (except nuts) until smooth.

    Check the flavor and add sugar and more cardamon if needed.

    Refrigerate the lassi for an hour or longer before serving.

    Pour into a tall glass and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
