Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped mango, cantaloupe, watermelon, or honeydew
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 4 - ice cubes
  • - sugar, to taste
  • - ground cardamom, to taste
  • - chopped pistachios or slivered almonds, for garnish

How To Make mango or melon lassi

  • Step 1
    Blend all ingredients (except nuts) until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Check the flavor and add sugar and more cardamon if needed.
  • Step 3
    Refrigerate the lassi for an hour or longer before serving.
  • Step 4
    Pour into a tall glass and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
