Lassi is a traditional yogurt drink from India. The amount of sugar needed will depend on the sweetness of the mango and your personal taste.

Ingredients For mango lassi

  • 3/4 c
    water
  • 1/2 c
    mango, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp
    sour cream
  • 1 tsp
    sugar, to taste

How To Make mango lassi

  • 1
    Combine the water, mango, yogurt, sour cream, and sugar in a blender and puree until thoroughly blended and frothy, about 30 seconds.

    Put 2 or 3 ice cubes in a tall glass, pour the mango lassi over them, and serve right away.
