Lassi is a traditional yogurt drink from India. The amount of sugar needed will depend on the sweetness of the mango and your personal taste.

How to Make Mango Lassi


  1. Combine the water, mango, yogurt, sour cream, and sugar in a blender and puree until thoroughly blended and frothy, about 30 seconds.
  2. Put 2 or 3 ice cubes in a tall glass, pour the mango lassi over them, and serve right away.
