    large sliced ripe banana
  • 1 1/4 c
    unsweetened frozen raspberries
  • 5
    envelopes of splenda or 5 teaspoons
  • 1/2 c
    low fat milk

How to Make LOW SUGAR- LOW FAT BANANA RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE

Step-by-Step

  1. Place banana in freezer for 10 minutes or until slightly firm.
  2. Process all ingredients in a blender untl smooth. stop once to scrape down sides. Serve immediately.
