Ingredients

  • 1 - large sliced ripe banana
  • 1 1/4 cups unsweetened frozen raspberries
  • 5 - envelopes of splenda or 5 teaspoons
  • 1/2 cup low fat milk

How To Make low sugar- low fat banana raspberry smoothie

  • Step 1
    Place banana in freezer for 10 minutes or until slightly firm.
  • Step 2
    Process all ingredients in a blender untl smooth. stop once to scrape down sides. Serve immediately.
