Ingredients

  • - 2/3 cup coconut milk
  • - 1 to 2 mint leaves
  • - 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
  • - 1 lemon, squeezed
  • - 2 tbsp. vanilla greek yogurt
  • - 3 tbsp. honey

How To Make lemony blue smoothie

  • Step 1
    Blend coconut milk and mint leaves together til mint is thoroughly minced
  • Step 2
    Add remaining ingredients to blender. Blend til desired consistency is reached, taking care not to over blend. Over blending will result in a thinner consistency.
  • Step 3
    Serve at once with a mint or lemon garnish. Enjoy.
