2/3 cup coconut milk
1 to 2 mint leaves
1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
1 lemon, squeezed
2 tbsp. vanilla greek yogurt
3 tbsp. honey

How to Make Lemony Blue Smoothie


  • 1Blend coconut milk and mint leaves together til mint is thoroughly minced
  • 2Add remaining ingredients to blender. Blend til desired consistency is reached, taking care not to over blend. Over blending will result in a thinner consistency.
  • 3Serve at once with a mint or lemon garnish. Enjoy.
