Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla lowfat yougurt
- 1 - banana, peeled and cut up
- 1 cup fruit-strawberries, blueberries or combination
- 1 tablespoon oatmeal (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
- 1 teaspoon sugar or sweetner (optional)
How To Make fruit smoothies

Step 1Put all in blender. Pulse all to start and then blend til smooth. Serve right away.
