My granddaughter Morgan adds the oatmeal and vanilla for flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla lowfat yougurt
  • 1 - banana, peeled and cut up
  • 1 cup fruit-strawberries, blueberries or combination
  • 1 tablespoon oatmeal (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar or sweetner (optional)

How To Make fruit smoothies

  • Step 1
    Put all in blender. Pulse all to start and then blend til smooth. Serve right away.
