- 8 ounces pineapple chunks in juice
- 1 large ripe mango
- 1 large ripe banana
- 8 ounces pineapple yogurt

Step 1Drain pineapple, cover and chill juice. Cut mango in chunks, peel and slice banana. In freezer proof bowl combine fruit and freeze 2 hours. At serving time combine pineapple juice, frozen fruit and yogurt in blender until smooth. Garnish with a fresh mint leaf if desired.
