- 1 1/2 cups frozen mango
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 cup Greek yogurt, low-fat
- 1/2 cup milk, 2%
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, ground
- 1 dash cinnamon
How To Make delicious mango smoothie

Step 1Into a medium bowl, mix cinnamon and nutmeg, then add the milk and mix. Wait for 2 minutes.

Step 2While you are waiting for the milk, combine frozen mangoes, honey, and yogurt into the blender and blend on milkshake mode, or medium level. Blend until thoroughly combined. If the mangoes get stuck in the blender, you may need to use a fork to make the mixture smoother or add milk at intervals of 1 tablespoon and pulse-blend until the mixture is smoother.

Step 3Add milk mixture to the blender and blend on low until combined without chunks.

Step 4Scoop out of blender, place into glasses, and enjoy!
