here is a great smoothie that's really good the kids love this

Ingredients

  • 3 cups milk, low-fat
  • 2 - frozen bananas, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened dark cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup flax seeds, optional

How To Make dark chocolate peanut butter and banana smoothie

  • Step 1
    blend chocolate chips, cocoa powder, peanut butter and 1 cup milk.
  • Step 2
    blend for 40 seconds, add remaining ingredients and blend for another 40 seconds.
