- 1 tablespoon unsweetened dark cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/4 cup flax seeds, optional

Step 1blend chocolate chips, cocoa powder, peanut butter and 1 cup milk.
