cranberry zing smoothie
Rearranged smoothie recipe from the AllNutriBulletRecipes' website. During Thanksgiving season I stock up on cranberries and freeze to eat throughout the year. They are my all time favorite berry! I also added some orange zest although it is optional.

Ingredients
- 1 large orange, juice of
- 3/4 cup fresh cranberries (or partially thawed frozen cranberries)
- 1/2 scoop banana, fresh or partially frozen, chopped
- 2 - dates, pitted and chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon crystallized ginger, crushed or pinch of ground ginger
- 1/3-1/2 cup crushed ice
- pinch ground mace (small pinch!)
How To Make cranberry zing smoothie

Step 1Place all ingredients in blender and BLEND until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add some filtered water or more crushed ice and blend.
