    low fat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 c
    orange juice, fresh
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk, nonfat, dry
  • 1 Tbsp
    wheat germ, toasted
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
