I love smoothies and this one was delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 - medium banana, cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 1 - 6 ounces container fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 4 ounces frozen unsweetened pitted dark cherries
  • 1/2 cup fat-free milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make cherry-vanilla smoothie

  • Step 1
    Put the banana slices on a freezer-safe plate. Put in the freezer for 20 minutes, or until firm and very cold.
  • Step 2
    In a blender, process all the ingredients for 30 seconds, or until thick and smooth. (You can also use an immersion, or handheld blender.)
