- 1 - 6 ounces container fat-free vanilla yogurt
- 4 ounces frozen unsweetened pitted dark cherries
- 1/2 cup fat-free milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 1Put the banana slices on a freezer-safe plate. Put in the freezer for 20 minutes, or until firm and very cold.

Step 2In a blender, process all the ingredients for 30 seconds, or until thick and smooth. (You can also use an immersion, or handheld blender.)
